We started our journey into short term rentals in July, 2021 with the purchase of our first cabin in Ellijay, GA and we immediately fell in love with all aspects of hosting short term rentals. With almost 20 years as a mortgage broker, I have always strived to provide raving fan customer service, so hosting was a natural expansion to my business.
We started to get lots of questions about the short term rental business so we decided it was time to extend our hosting services to other owners.
In just under 5 years into our journey, we currently have 11 properties under management, over 600 reviews and an overall rating of 4.96 on Airbnb.
